This moody set of hand-woven beaded earrings depicts a stormy cloud from which lightning strikes over a mountain. Inspired by the Empyrean book series the lead character, Violet Sorrengail, wields lightning as her signet power she draws from her magical dragon. Made with high quality Japanese glass seed beads, I decided to add to the depth of the sky by choosing a color shift blue/purple/pink. This piece is finished with a sterling silver lever back earring hook and hang at about 3”.
